Do You Ship Internationally?
Auski Is pleased to announce that it now ships worldwide, however; due to recent problems with credit card fraud overseas, we can no longer accept credit cards from certain countries. We cannot ship some brands, and some items overseas due to our contracts with our dealers. We will email you to inform you of the items, and cancel & refund them from your order.
What is your return policy?
No questions asked. No restocking fee. No hassle. We will offer you a refund or an exchange on any item purchased from the Auski Online, subject to a few conditions.
Where is your store located?
Our store is at 9 - 11 Hardware Lane, Melbourne VIC 3000.

Will never set foot in this place! Traveling to the snow from Adelaide via Melbourne are in desperate need of boots and a toboggan for our three year old. Auski has good reviews so decided to pop in for a quick purchase due to time constraints and cost is not an issue. I placed my child in a toboggan to check the size. It was the perfect fit so we decided to buy it. She popped up and picked it up by the rope. A female attendant quickly snatched it off her and put it with the others. She looked at us with discontent and walked off. This was the only encounter we had with the staff! Due to the completely unacceptable customer service, we will never be back nor recommend it!

Auski is my favourite ski shop in the city. Theyve got a great big range, but most importantly for me I always find the staff knowledgeable and helpful, which really sets them apart from other ski shops in the city.
Theres been few ski seasons that have gone by without me coming into Auski first to buy something, be it wax, ski bag, helmet, socks...the list goes on! Definately worth a visit when shopping around for ski gear.
