I had heard of the Australian health care sector from some of my fellow nurses in the Philippines who had got good well-paying jobs there. So after completing my nursing studies, I too wanted to follow the same route. To carry out my objective, I enrolled in a bridging program (IRON) conducted by ACFE, a premier institute in the Australia. The course prepares overseas registered nurses aspiring to work in the country to meet stringent health care standards as set down by the nursing regulatory bodies. The course is a comprehensive classroom and clinical hands on the training program and imparts necessary training to develop advanced skill sets so necessary for my profession. Thanks to ACFE, I now have a well-paying job in Australia.
