Brides on Collins

Worst place ive ever been to. I put a deposit down on a dress only to find out a few days later my fience had seen a picute of me the dress and really didnt like it. I called to cancel my order and told i could get half my money back and the other half to spend in store. They are now saying they wont do this and i have to loose my deposit. They are keeping my money for doing nothing and wont even let me spend it on other things in store. Extremely rude service and im now hundresds of dollars out of pocket. Would highly recommend you find another bridal store that treats its clients with respect and understanding. Keep away from this place. It has made my whole wedding experience unplesent as the dress is supposed to be one of the most exciting and once in a life time experiences only to be destroyed. Very un happy.
