I am still waiting for my $100 refund since 31 Mar'25

this is the worst hotel room i have ever stayed in ,dirty no staff ,no air con dirty, bathroom, no services what so ever , never go there,also took $100 key insurance, not refuned

The room was a tiny filthy mess and there was no proper check in procedure.
