I discussed my debt recovery case with them. They sent Letter of Demand to debtor without my knowledge or approval. They contacted me 4-5 times on the phone and asked me to initiate Personal Investigation to find the missing debtor. I paid them 130$, and they came up with totally wrong outcome of the investigation saying that the debtor is overseas. Police, on our request, confirmed few days later that debtor was still in Australia.

After 2 months, they have asked me to pay them 200$ more for their consultation fee. I asked them why didn't they informed me on the phone/email that their telephone consultation was being charged?? They had no answers but they insisted by saying that I was AWARE that they were spending considerable time on my case so they deserve to be paid.

I denied to pay for what I had no clue about and was not being told in advance. They are now threatening me to sue me for that.

Avoid them at all cost!
