Dumplings Plus

Ordered steam dumplings at epping shopping centre. Found nothing but fat and pig's skin in it. Tastes horrible. After had one bite then when ask for refund they went all rude about it. Loss $10.

The food here is great - a wide variety for meat-eaters and vegetarians alike - and I would highly recommend the 1970's staple of Lemon Chicken.

Every time I have been here for lunch the place has been packed, and it's slightly squashy, especially for large groups. The service is pretty random, and half the time you're not entirely sure if you've received exactly what you ordered, but the freshness and tastiness of the food makes up for any downsides.

Plus, it's a very economical place for a feed - I've usually paid $15-20 for lunch and left very satisfied.

Good for large groups with the upstairs seating.
The service is a little crazy if they are busy with some dishes arriving at random times but that said it doesn't break the bank.

A good dumplings place to go if you want a place that looks a little classier but is still cheap. They have large round tables upstairs for groups or for smaller groups you can sit downstairs and watch the kitchen staff make the dumplings through a glass window looking into the kitchen.

The owner is a bit crazy and can be rude, which seems to be a prerequisite for running a dumpling place in this area.
