12 months on and we have returned to Empress Diamonds to create our wedding rings in preparation for our nuptials in November... and despite our unique request to customise our rings to enhance our engagement ring bought one year ago, Leah again showed her true care and professionalism in producing two rings that were perfect. Combining my Grandmothers simple wedding band with another ring, and designing a complicated brides wedding ring to fit seamlessly with the engagement ring is a true testament to their skill and expertise. Thankyou Leah and your colleagues at Empress Diamonds, and we will see you next year when we design our eternity ring.

We’ve been dealing with Empress Diamonds for around 20 years.They have made Diamond Rings for us. Our experience with Gabbi the owner was professional but still felt comfortable and at ease…the knowledge he had made our experience great.Our most recent experience was with Leah, Gabbi’s wife ,when we met her we instantly felt comfortable, she was lovely to deal with. We felt like she really cared and paid attention to what we wanted, nothing was too much trouble for her…Their prices are very reasonable if you compare, so all of those things always keep us going back for all our jewellery needs.

Where do i begin. This company should not be any part of any persons proposal. First of all i picked out a ring setting that i told them was perfect and to make me an exact replica with my choice of diamond. I went to pick up the ring 2 days prior to my propasal date and was shocked to open a box with a complety wrong ring inside. All the dimensions were wrong, from the band thickness the halo being different shape and the diamond sitting much higher than the example. The rude owner didnt have any answers and was no help what so ever and was a complete smart*ss. I had to propose with a ring which i did not order and and the embarrassment of telling my now fiance that we would have to return it the following week. She was devastated and so was I. I asked for a full refund which they agree to but then they slugged me with a bank fee, so i was $70 short of the overall price i payed. So at this point my fiance is ringless and i am $70 poorer over a ring i didnt order. They completely ruined what is meant to be one of the best and most special days of our lives. And after all of this, they couldnt care less about me and my fiance. Would never recommend any one going to Empress Diamonds.
