Got my tickets second time from these guys it was great experience got a good price in busy time A guy name phulkit working with gurkhas travel help me to get a good deal thanks a lot phulkit

Is there a way we can do negative 5 stars?? That's what I would give to these guys. It has been more than 26months waiting for my refund. Every time when I contact, they say "I will check this as priority and get back".. Same response at least 8 times and no further communication. These guys don't know even the basics of customer handling. Please avoid these people if you need peace of mind. I made a big mistake myself by booking my ticket through them and hope everyone reading this go for another agency

Very unpleasant service. Booked ticket in Dec 21 and had to cancel ticket as RT PCR did not come thru. Now 16 weeks gone but no refund.

Absolutely disgust by the service and thanx for ruining my travel, Worst Experience of customer service one can Imagine....... booked my tickets through Gurkhas Travel for Emirates Airline and they forgot to book my hotel in Dubai and later blamed me for not providing the documents ( excuse me, isn't that your job to ask for necessary documents ??? ) I was been left me stranded for 8 hours, No apology and its been 4 months that I'm chasing my Refund for the ticked I cancelled with them earlier this year without success and now they ignoring my phone calls.
