I reviewed the place after receiving poor customer service and a lack of empathy. After leaving my negative review the owner posted my social media id publicly without my consent.

I had asked them to remove my personal information, they did not. So I have had to repost my review to keep my privacy. After doing so they repeatedly put my personal information on there and told me it was a sign of respect. When I had clearly told them to remove it.

There was zero respect and their practices are highly unprofessional in pressuring people to remove their reviews.

I hope you find a nicer jeweller. As I would not trust them to fix any issues they could have with your lifetime purchase.
