Kino Cinemas

I really like the Kino Cinemas. Working in the city, this is a perfect spot to meet other city worker friends to check out a film after work. Its cosy inside and shows a range of movies, including art house and foreign films in addition to the usual Hollywood movies.

I'd have to say this is my favourite cinema in Melbourne. There's always a swag of art-house movies and docos screening and on Monday's the tix are less than $10. Its cinemas are boutique-sized with great screens and sound, and really comfy plush seating. It's licensed so you can take a glass of vino into the movie I love that! It's a proper 'grown-up' cinema with bags of atmosphere, class and enjoyment. Plenty of parking and public transport nearby, too.
