I am very satisfied with the customers service here,even though I ask for something a bit strict ,they are not annoyed and very happy to accept it.And more importantly ,they fix my clothes very very well,since the seams on the clothes are not defective at all.I have fixed my clothes at their store so many time and I have never been unsatisfied .

Did a great job. I got a football jersey resized as it was too big. After the re-sized it fitted perfecty and i couldn't have been happier. Recommend

Based on the other reviews here, I chose this business for my extensive and complicated alterations to my dress for spring racing carnival which arrived 2 days before I need it and was a size too big. They clearly knew what they were doing as they pinned me and were able to meet my ridiculous time frame. I was really pleased with the finished product. It was expensive, but I was quoted up front and I did need a lot of alterations to a dress with lining, a zip and other details and the price may well have been just the same anywhere. I was nervous trusting my (expensive!) dress so was glad to read the positive reviews here.

Wow! What an experience. They measured on the spot and same day service.

I go to Looksmart for all my alterations, they are fast and friendly and do a great job. Really handy because close to work and you can usually pick up the same day. I had problems with another another company who made my jeans too short and refused to fixed but Looksmart are always spot on.
