The only reason this is a two star review instead of one star is because the technician that attended my property was friendly. I have experienced very poor customer service with this company. If you want any follow up or to receive the (promised) report after getting your ducts cleaned I recommend not paying until you are satisfied. It has been 4 weeks since my ducts were cleaned and despite several emails I have not had a response. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend using Mark's Duct Cleaning.
