Rockstar Removals

I suspect John Paul writes a lot of the positive reviews you read about this mob. They were booked for a move and didn't show up. Gave some story about the truck being vandalized. Truck didn't show up for the second day either. This time wouldn't return my calls. When I applied for compensation from there "satisfaction guarantee" fund, I received days of abusive emails. I posted on another web page a review about my experience and received an email from a UK mother who said her son was a back packer and owed $1000's by John Paul. I can't believe the bad karma this guy is accumulating - "Fools walk where Angels fear to tread".

If i could do no stars i would. I was referred to rockstar by a friend but They didnt turn up on the day i was to move. Were initially in communication with me but then left me hanging until 3pm in the afternoon when i decided to book another removalist. Very unreliable.

It was a great experience. Happy with overall service.

Service was excellent.
Medium office moved into storage. Simple move and was handled well and was a very smooth process.
Have booked them for next month when we move into new premises.

Had a move booked for 25/1 but they could not reach us that afternoon.
Luckily we called Rockstar removals, who had quoted us earlier in the month.
They managed to provide a 3 man team for early on Australia Day
They also did Not take advantage and charge crazy "holiday fees", and were sympathetic to our situation.
Job was not that big to be frank, but we certainly did need to be out by the following day regardless.
Even arranged a cleaning service as well, which saved us yet again.

Move was completed, with no issues.
The boys on duty were 15 mins early and did the job in under 4 hours, for a 2 bedroom home ( quite a full house )
There was an issue with one couch, as it needed to go through a large window..but they managed that pretty easily in the end.
Thanks for wrapping the fridge in bubble wrap and the free mattress protector.

The most horrible "business" ever! My dad booked a truck at 2:30 for me, as a single mother with two boys i manage to arange for them to be looked after as this was the only time they could move , my dad call two days prior to confirm ! 2:30 turned into 3:30 with the owner only send text message would not answer the phone, we where then told 5:30-6:00 at 5:30 the text messages had started to slow down the last message we got was might be closer to 8 but ill see how my guys feel as they have been working all day. So sorry if i offened any one but a big f**k you to scott or what ever your name is , if i can manage to organise my children im sure you could organise a truck ! So bottom line NEVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE !!!!

The Rockstar team that moved our 2 bedroom unit, was absolutely wonderful. I was most impressed with how careful they were, bringing furniture through the narrow hallways and doorways. They took the time to put our beds back together and even offer some advice where certain items may look best. I guess they get a feel for that sort of thing, moving different homes every day. No hesitation to recommend or use again in the near future.

Just a quick review of the blokes we hired last week, They were nice guys, in cool blue uniforms and looked quite fit and sporty. It was a wet day and the driveway at our new home was quite long, steep and slippery and made it a little dangerous. The two guys were exceptional, in the fact they did not only, stay positive- but did the job so effortlessly. I think the attitude was so refreshing and it was obvious to us they really enjoyed their job and working as team.

We moved last week and needed just a piano and some white goods shifted.
Rockstar Removals came and inspected a few days before, to plan the piano move, as we had a flight of stairs at either end.
3 guys cam and handled everything so easily. You can tell they had done that before many times.
I will be booking them for another move later in the year.
