Spice Market

For first timers here, spice Market offer quite an interesting experience. This place is a very large middle east/far east themed bar. The decor fitout is very impressive, and theyve certainly spared little expense.
The bar is huge here, catering for the huge crowds that cram into here. For me its large size and large (often corporate) crowds detract from the really cool styling. As such I rarely find myself going out of my way to come here, however its great for large group functions and worth checking out now and then.

The decor of this place is amazing. Its beautiful and has a middle eastern/asian appeal to it. The patrons however are questionable. On the weekends, it can come across as a meat market but if you head down on a Thursday night, the crowds are better with an international twist to it. Have fun on the dance floor and if you are a girl, they let you dance on the dance podiums.

If you want to party and not eat then this place is good. A group of us headed down recently for some food and a casual drink. They really let themselves down with their service, the waiter was nice enough but the venue just doesnt really work. The seating, tables and lack of space put us off so as a group l would not be going back.
