I paid for tickets in march still havn’t received tickets or refund can’t deal to anyone by phone just a recorded message have sent emails with no satisfaction

There is an automated message suggesting that they are attending to many calls but they always hang up and expect you to use their website to solve problems. They have no chat box either, and you can't fix your problem at their office outlets as they are not equipped for all concerts or events.
