Whitehouse Institute of Design Australia

I am terribly disappointed in the quality of education at Whitehouse Institute. I am in my first year at the Melbourne Campus and have been screamed at, sworn at, denied aid and had a teacher roll her eyes at me for asking to take an important call. Not only does this institute charge a ridiculous fee for their degrees, they don't provide any materials necessary for completing this course. I've spend over $3,000 this year just to pass my classes. At one time my class was required to re-purchase an expensive material because a teacher had made a mistake on their measurements. My peers and I have also had lots of our work lost by teachers.
Not only do the teachers and staff not live up to their reputation, the services Whitehouse provides are almost ridiculous. Their internet connection is so slow many of us have to rely on personal internet modems, the mediocre printing costs around 6 times more than it does at Officeworks.
I have a personal background in education and I can say in confidence that Whitehouse Institute's educational staff do not meet the standards they preach. Their constant bullying has forced many of my friends to leave the school. I myself will be leaving the degree shortly as it has been the most disgusting waste of money, time and energy I have ever experienced.
I hope nobody has to experience the disappointment and stress I have endured this year.
