Bought a property 12 months ago to date, it's been a hassle free process, tenants just signed on for another 12 months. I wasn't sure about buyers agents at first, hence why I wanted a year to give this review. Mark was my agent.

Using a buyer's agent is worth it. I didn't have to stress, my agent did all the work and made it easy. He selected a property, gave me a price, once I gave him the green light he bought the propriety before auction, he saved me serious dollars.
