I needed a new water heater installed and was quoted 25% above market pricing for the work done. I paid AU$4180 for installation of a $1,300 retail value water heater system with the standards required concrete slab base and industry required duo valve and the usual copper piping. Ie nothing any other plumber wouldn't also have provided. The market quote for the job is less than $3k at max price. So overall I am extremely disappointed at the daylight robbery. I was also not permitted to cancel my job request after a 50% deposit paid and within a few hours of paying that deposit, even thought their invoicing terms stipulated 24 hour cooling period for cancellations.

They said we needed a new pump to stop the noise being emitted. Did that but the noise is still there. They won't come back to fix it or even assess it. Just want their money. My elderly mum has to deal with this company that won't even give her the courtesy of answering back via phone or email, be wary of dealing with these guys!!! rarely seen such disdain for the public!

The plumbers were knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The service was great from start till end. We called them to replace our old hot water unit which broke suddenly. Plumber showed up in morning very next day and installed the new unit hassle free. The price was alright and won’t complaint as they finished everything before the expected time. Thank you.

Got a call from their customer service team about the arrival of plumber.Plumber attended to do the repair work of my cistern and tap service. After work he made sure everything is womrking fine. Top marks for their service.

Very honest with the work and knows what he is talking about. There was a crack in our dishwasher which was the issue. The plumber communicated efficiently to make sure the lek was fixed. Highly recommended. The plumber attended our house during after hours. We had an overflowing toilet and had to call them very late. Plumber came out soon. Turns out had tree roots growing into pipes.
