Had a very good experience with this company. Wanted a job done, spoke to Paul the manager and boy did it get done. Not only was the job done straight away but also received a call once completed to make sure I was completely satisfied. Great job guys and yes I will highly recommend you again.

I would highly recommend Airport Doors. I had such a positive experience recently when my remote garage unit needed replacing. The customer service was excellent with the tradesman contacting me direct and explaining my options. Installation was fast and no fuss and time was taken to explain operation and maintenance. I was most impressed that Airport Doors emailed me the operating instructions as well as providing a hard copy manual. This made it so easy to send a copy to my tenants and keep on file.

Great quality doors and very good value for money. In comparison to several other well known brands these doors are equal in quality in every way, but considerably more cost effective. I fitted them with merlin brand remote openers and they worked like a charm. I would highly recommend Airport doors.

Exactly the same experience as Robert - after sales service is disgusting - we have contacted them via email & many, many phone calls - only to receive the run around each time or no reply - we will be taking this to consumer affairs - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL - We have been trying to get this issue fixed for 6 months now & not 1 person has contacted us back (we speak to the same employee each time and his answer every time is -"can I get your details & can you please explain what the problem is again" - Trying to deal with them from here in Perth is even worse - we are now going to have to make ANOTHER trip to the property and obviously to Airport Doors to hopefully achieve something before we have to escalate the issue....

Double Panel Lift Doors were put in OK but the after sales service is the worst I have seen in 40 years. The doors also have a ripple on the edges which stands out. They would not return my calls, not follow up as promised and did not complete the transfer of the old door opener to the back roller door as per our agreement.

Can't believe they are still in business!
