Called the team at BeWired with an issue on a site I wasn't familiar with. I was under some time pressure and needed them to attend that morning. Within 20 minutes I had a call back and they were onsite within the hour. They reviewed the issue, checked the system and cleared it for use. It was a simple fix in the end but they had the tools to look at it, open the pit lids, and tell me where I stood there and then. The job could continue. They were good guys, respectful and well presented, will not hesitate to call on them again when I need a sparky.

I had contacted Bewired to organise TV wall mount installation, had good conversations with them, they were asking good questions and demonstrated expertise as well as a competitive price so I appointed them for the job.



They provided a time during business hours to attend to the job, so I committed to make myself available at this time, however, they were a no show, I texted them for an update and was told they were indeed supposed to turn up and will find out asap what's going on. I didn't hear back so the next morning I texted again that I'm still in the dark about what's going on, no reply again.



I called through a couple hours later and he apologised about them not turning up but will call me back in 10 mins to organise a reschedule. I never got a call back. Three times they've stood me up without good reason provided, that I think has exhausted my tolerance and unfortunately feel there's certainly room for them to improve their service.
