Chemist Warehouse Melton

on Friday the 20th of September 2019 i went to this store (Melton Chemist Warehouse) & put some prescriptions in (3 for my wife & 4 for me) also handed over the the safety net card with both my wife's & my name on it. lo & behold they could not even get that right, charged full price for most of the medications (i did not pick up on that until i got home to my wife who is in bed recovering from a shoulder operation) & promptly my wife rang them & put in a compliant, not only did they not read the safety net card, they also did not read the prescriptions properly & this come to light in my wife's phone conversation with them. They had my address as Stockwell St instead of Storkbill View (not been there in 3 years) Not entitled to the safety net they said even tho the card was sitting in front of them (means did not read) This means i had to spend another 40 mins of my time trying to get this fixed. How many more people has this been done to? How many prescriptions have been incorrectly dispensed because of this behaviour? How about you compensate me for the waste of my time & sort out your pharmacies before some one dies because someone can't do their job properly.....Totally cheesed off.... .....invoice Number....on first reciept hard to read due to lack of toner 2:25pm .......2nd Invoice as bad as the first needs new toner....3:15pm ......very disgraceful service
