Healthscan Specialist Imaging Melton

Booked in even though reception was treating me as I am a dumb one, went for appointment, 30 minutes later I went to see why I haven’t been called yet as others have come and gone. Reception tells me I should be called any minutes now. At 40 mins she tells me that they can’t do scan as it’s not clear in the referral. Are you kidding me? Why that wasn’t picked up when I showed referral at the beginning? This was my second time and still came out angry both of the times.

people are very rude here , especially in x- ray section. No friendly response.
