Guys not sure what use are getting paid for but why have receptionist if they arnt answering the phone. Terrible management otherwise you'd have your staff answer the phone in timely matter. My best advice would be hire staff who know how to answer the phone and stop wasting your money on the ones that don't . As you can see by my picture I was on the phone which hadn't been answered as of yet for over an hour .worst GP, I wouldn't recommend trying this place definitely a waste of time

Followed the procedure as outlined on the booking app service Arrived thirty minutes early. Person at door wouldn’t allow me entry as I was told to wait in car.

Appointment time came and went no call went inside to follow up was advised doctor is running on time. Not so why haven’t I been called? Advised that doctor is busy and they can see that I am on list. Doesn’t answer whether or not I am next. Still tells me doctor is on time…. I’m now thirty minutes after my appointment time .Clearly not on time.

Reception just created an escalation and no resolution. I have come back out to my car…. Not confident that I will be seeing my doctor today

Fantastic service walked in and got an appointment straight away very polite staff.

No organisation, bad service. I came for blood test, the receptionist tell me wait for 1 hour and someone will come collect my paperwork. And then I wait for haft an hour no one come to collect it and saw the receptionist at the Sam time took someone paper behind me,and then they tell me I have to wait another 2 hours because they are too busy.
