Bega Valley Locksmiths

Arranged for front screen door handle to be replaced. Requested for key to remain the same as it matches other doors. Was told that wasn't a problem they could do that. Paid $225.50 upfront. Got home to find we had a new key for the front door. Called and asked them to please fix this and they did not. So disappointing and frustrating.

Went into the Merimbula airport to get keys cut (they shut the storefront down last week and are completely mobile now - suppose that's a good thing), anyway, in less than 3 months, our backhoe key twisted. They also couldn't cut a spare for our tractor and gave us a random key that is "supposed to fit all tractors" but no, didn't fit.



I'm really stumped, I don't know how to fix our backhoe key now, these guys are the only game in town. If their keys don't last 3 months should we just buy them in bulk and keep a bucket'o'backhoe keys and throw them away as they break?

They left a job in bega to get me into my car after I locked my keys in there. The call out and fix was affordable, and they did a great job. Would recommend

Told me they could cut my motorcycle keys to the code, then charged me double the cost that I later found for original keys. The keys did not fit. Will not refund and abusive.
