This talentless fool has done a dreadful job for 18 years. She drew my brows on freehand, no measuring. They were different to each other (perm tattoo), the right one looked like a dog's hind leg. No expertise or skill. The absolute worst is that she left the old pale tattoo line showing under the new one, instead of incorporating it. Now I need to get it redone and the brows will look thick instead of tapering. Also asked for subtle, pale green eyeliner, I got bright peacock blue. $1500.00.
