      Terrible service

      Very poor service ... Spent just under $10,000 on a pool renovation - Sixteen months later and we still have no Swim Jets.
      Pool Wse removed our existing ones and to date they have not been replaced. Have also asked for a receipt for the renovation and still have not received one. Office of Fair Trading are looking into this matter -
