Centenary Dog Obedience

The instructor was openly rude, disorganised and the environment was not at all supportive to learning. If you had a question she would refuse to answer it, as it was not 'question time', or answer it as if you were a big inconvenience to her. After the first class my partner really didn't want to return, however we had already paid the tuition.

A lot of the information we learned from this course we probably could have just learnt from the Internet and had been spared the insults.

Also the content of this course is based on seemly out dated practices such as using punishment and force instead of positive and force free methods.

We are disappointed in this puppy school as we were really looking forward to this experience with our new puppy and continuing on to the agility classes they offer.

We would not recommend this school to anyone. I would look elsewhere for a positive, force free school that has a supportive environment.
