I received a warm greeting on entering the salon, this set the tone for my consultation. The atmosphere was professional, lively yet relaxed.
I was paired with Connie who I later found out is a veteran Hairdresser with 28 years experience. I would describe her as a very skilful communicator. She asked questions, listened to me, then incorporated the needs of my platinum blonde hair into a trending, graceful look; one which I had never had before.
I feel completely confident with my new look. The result is arguably the best styled cut I have ever received. I am writing this review because it can be nerve wracking going to a new salon but the whole experience was unbeatable.
Friends and family all love my new look and my neighbour has asked for the salon and stylists’s details. This experience exceeded my expectations. I thoroughly recommend Lou Lou’s to everyone!

Amazing salon. Moved to Perth from the US and Jazmine was fabulous! The salon is small but welcoming. It is quite busy but you never feel rushed. My color turned out as good if not better than my stylist of 4 years in the US. My husbands haircut was well done. The service and the coffee were great. I would highly recommend Lou Lou for anyone searching for a new salon.
