      Do I need to call in advance to book my computer in?

      No, simply bring in your computer at your earliest convenience.


      What is your average turnaround time?

      Provided that part availability is not an issue our technicians maintain a 1-3 business day turnaround. Almost all software work (virus removal, reformatting, speedups) is completed on the​ same day basis, so long as the PC is booked in early in the day. We also offer a guaranteed same day turn around for an additional $35.00.


      Are there any jobs to small? I just need some advice?​

      ​Regardless of the problems, you are experiencing we are here to help! We do not employ sales people, every employee at Repair IT Computer Services is a trained technician with years of experience in the computing field. We are more than happy to advise you on the best course of action, no job is too big or too small and we have seen it all!

      Do NOT recommend

      They held my lap top for 3 years and did nothing on it. Constantly went in for updates and they did NOTHING. I finally went in and asked for it back and they had "lost" it. Do NOT recommend.



      Their replacement was worse off and didn't last me over a year. Terrible service, always seemed rude when I came in or made excuses as to why my laptop wasn't being worked on.
