Google their reviews on other sites, do your homework and don’t be ripped off by a pack of thieves. The list is long of people been let down and left been owed their money back.

I have been using Prestige Horse Transport for several years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very first booking, it was clear that this is a company that genuinely prioritises the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of every horse they transport. Their team is exceptionally professional and highly experienced, handling each horse with patience, care, and a calm confidence that instantly puts both horse and owner at ease.



Communication is second to none. I receive timely updates before, during, and after the journey, which gives me complete peace of mind. They are always punctual, and their trucks are spotless, well-maintained, and purpose-built for safe, stress-free travel. I have entrusted them with transporting broodmares in late pregnancy and young foals at foot, and in every case, the horses have arrived in excellent condition—calm, healthy, and happy.



Their pricing is competitive, especially considering the premium level of service provided. There is never any compromise on quality or care, and it’s clear they take great pride in their work.

Absolutely Brilliant kind and compassionate company. From the start Rachael listened to my concerns and accommodated approximately. It was soo good to know she has veterinary Experience. My horse travelled so well and you can see the care taken throughout the whole journey. Well priced and great communication

Promised to deliver our horse from Sommers to West Victoria. Rachael asked for payment upfront, when the horse didn’t arrive on the delivery day, we were told the driver was late (6 hours) and that the driver had trouble loading. The next promised delivery date never happened and when we asked for a refund, we were promised it would be paid immediately. 2 years on, no refund, no returned calls or emails, Rachael even had the nerve to publicly claim she refunded us on her website after we left the appropriate review. So not use Prestige horse transport. This company runs fraudulently and owes tens of thousands of dollars to many people. I booked and paid for them to pickup a horse. I waited 4 weeks and they gave me poor excuses as to why it wasn't done. They took $900 from me and are refusing to refund and have not provided the service I paid for. Save your money and don't use this company!

I am writing this on behalf of my 22 year old daughter who contacted Rachel at Prestige Horse Transport 10 days ago and handed over her hard earned cash of $1,100 to transport a horse from Queensland to bannockburn Victoria.

After excuse after excuse with weather and truck breaking down Sophie cancelled the request due to unreliability and had a deadline of when horse had to be moved.

She received text message from Rachel she would get a full refund - a week and a half later nothing .

This a shameful act on behalf of Rachel for taking a persons money and getting $1,100 for absolutely NOTHING , and Rachel states on the Facebook page that she has been studying Law for the last 4 years - shame on you . Where are your ethics ???

paid $1250 on a Sunday 11th June and cancelled the transport on the Monday 12th June. Was told 3-5 business days, then 7-10 working days for the refund and that it was out of their control. No replies to my emails advising that I haven’t received my refund 4 weeks later. Try to support a local Shepparton business but extremely disappointed in this Company .No more responses from them to say they are following up or offer a refund to my account rather than credit card. I’m left in debt. However I did receive an email saying that until I removed my 1 start Google review my refund will be delayed. Now it’s blackmail and fraud.

Very untrustworthy with your money. They definitely shouldn’t be listed as top 2 horse transports in Shepparton
