Avoid like the plague

I actually hate leaving reviews, as I know how unfair they can be to business owners.



Pete is good at taking your money and not delivering. We were charged $3k for a shower screen, on the basis that it would be installed before Xmas.



We were happy to pay a premium as we were going away and my mother was staying at our home.



The agreed date comes around (23rd) , no calls and I had to chase Pete down. All of a sudden, can’t install now.



Despite this being the key reason we used home and the fact it was in his diary…. Oh, don’t expect an invoice either. Plus he shows you a fake text message stating that the guy at the factory has said it can be installed before Xmas.



Of course , for this speedy service you need to pay in full.



So, no shower screen, we ask for a refund and then he claims he could never do before Xmas but will arrange for an installer to do our job at one at Sorrento on Jan the 2nd to help us… claimed he would have someone come off break…..



2nd comes and goes, no call, Nothing. I chase him and request to refund …. He calls and claims he has done his back, not only that he then proceeds to claim he offers great service and that the reviews online are fake.



Disgraceful dishonest person. Lucky we paid via credit card. Attached is what you get when you pay ….

Terrible. Caused Damage, faulty product

This company has just been problem after problem. After completing installation, I paid and saw the workers out trusting they had done a good job. This was my mistake. When I headed back inside I found two gouges in the plaster on our freshly painted walls directly next to the shower screen. I immediately contacted the company and [name removed] assured me he would cover the cost of damages.

I then got the walls patched and repainted, again assuming they would actually come good on their promise to compensate the cost of repairs for damages they caused.

After multiple calls and texts (then calls from private numbers so they would actually answer) 4 months have passed no such payment has been received.



If that wasn’t enough, the seal in the door cracked within the first couple of months. I sent pictures only to be told “that’s a different screen”. Are you kidding me?



Faulty products, damages caused during installation and terrible customer service. Could not advise against this company any more.
