Snooze

Extremely disappointing service from here. We purchased a brand new sealy mattress from them two months ago, we have already started to see and feel sagging parts of the mattress in sections it’s 4cm deep, and they are trying to tell us that it’s just normal for a mattress this new to do that. Our previous mattress was from the same store and is 15 years old and still has no sagging in it. The stores suggestion was to purchase a mattress topper or we could sell the mattress ourselves. It is no where near normal for a brand new mattress to do this after such a short period of time!



The quality of their products and their service has really gone down and they don’t care, buying a mattress is not a cheap exercise, make sure you pick a company that has a good return policy as snooze has none.



We will not be returning and recommend everyone to stay away, there are much better places and mattresses out there.
