Recently started payment for their services, however the wait time is still the same . Last week I waited nearly 40minutes for a booked appointment. The Doctor couldn’t open my results and it took longer Also I needed referrals to see specialists, all upon my request. There were no reminders sent out even though the results indicated issues with the results. The doctor didn’t even wanted to sent me to a specialist until I requested, didn’t suggest any alternatives. All she did was fillies in a pre- prepared referral form and eventually printed out the copies of my results. the doctor was repeatedly saying that they were running late. The GP didn’t even listen to what I was saying .At last I had to pay $106 for the “long appointment “.

I just can't understand how is possible a 24/7 Medical Clinic without any doctors

I called them up to make an appointment and they said its only walk ins today so i just get here and they telling me there is no doctors at the moment we are waiting for them to come

Someone needs to look into this Medical Clinic

Used to be much better but something has changed lately

I just can't understand how you can run a 24/7 Medical Clinic without doctors on duty

I attended this medical centre at 01:12am on the 8th of February due to an injury which I am already seeing a better doctor then the doctor who I seen this morning, I waited over 4 hours to see a GP, Dr. Mohareb was a rude Terrible doctors here. Advising why I had attended the medical centre at 1am he told me i should have called work and told them it was a personal matter.

At the end of the day its not a personal matter it is a injury to my should, he wouldn't give myself a Medical Certificate for being unfit for work today.



My medical condition is sharp stabbing pains to my injury shoulder, and lack of sleep due to this matter.



I wouldn't ever use this medical clinic if I had to and was paid to.

The reception who was working was nice enough to give me a complaint form for this doctor, but i would be calling to see if this Doctor is working the night shift and if he is go to the hospital. Avoid this clinic if Dr Mohareb is working!



He takes about 30 - 45 minutes to see a client, and once he has seen them its another 20 - 30 minute wait to call the next client.

I'm currently sitting here waiting for a doctor right now. This clinic has more than 20 doctors but you'll rarely get more than 2 working at a time!
I've been waiting for almost an hour. Everyone that was here before me is gone. Reception is just terrible. That don't care about anyone who walks through the door.
In fact I'm willing to bet they purposely make people wait. Purposely try to irritate people. No other clinic does this

The receptionist soooo rude at the counter. Booked the appoitment and was just late 5 mins and she asked me to wait 1:30hours as walk in. She really need to learn the basic manners of how to talk to people.
