I rang the guy and he gave me an honest over the phone guess at what was up with my 40inch Samsung. Said it could be fixed but pointed out that for the price of repair on an older model like mine, it'd probably be better to buy a new set. He then gave me some options and helped me find a Samsung agent. All for nothing. All over the phone. I thought the least I could do was give him a good review for the next person.
