The owner Alan came and cleaned my windows last week. He was in such a hurry to clean my house in the fastest time. I paid him $400 and the job should have taken several hours, said he was finished in 2. He missed many windows and I had to ask him to ask him to clean them and also he let a main window with many streaks down it. I had to ask him to do it again and he complianed. Many windows he "cleaned" still have dirty marks on them from poor cleaning. He refused to clean a little scuff mark of a high window, which was the whole purpose of using reach it services. I week later and my windows are filthy. I have now noticed that he left dirty water marks, high up on my walls with his extension poles. I can't reach them! This is the worst cleaning job i have ever had. I feel totally ripped off. Do not use this shonk.
