Four Seas Doors

Only had the door for 3 months and after some heavy rains it got swallen. It was supposed to be on the warranty, but when asked about the warranty manufacturer advised that door didn't have overhead protection therefore any warranty claim would be denied. It was not clarified what overhead protection is expected and I believe it's unreasonable to expect that external door wouldn't be exposed to the weather.
