I attended this practice with my 10 week old baby for lip and tongue tie surgery. My star rating initially derives from the smart Alec pretentious unhelpful and skiting front desk lady. A new mum doesn't need health professionals like this.
Dr marjan jones is very high achieving, professional, alert, she flashes her first class honours certificate at the interview desk, is very thorough with her notes. In hindsight this felt like a marketing project. The whole practice is geared around new mums and their babies and doing simple tongue tied surgery. But... Mum is sleep deprived, hormonal and upset about feeding issues with her newborn and is pushed & pulled in a million directions by professionals. The recommendation to a chiropractor somehow alleviates this practice of any negative or null results. And the follow up is biased towards ensuring they get positive results. The front desk lady called after I said we had mixed results and said: 'but the feeding is better right!!!' I have bad memories about this practice
