We booked a ski trip this year. Due to coronavirus we had to cancel. Rang this company to seek a refund and was rudely told “you are not our customer as you booked through another travel agent”. They are withholding hundreds of our dollars! We have small children that we must protect from sickness/infections and should not be placed in this position. Taking it further as the company ignores us..
