Doesn’t answer the phone. Many. Many people have greater horror stories.

I know this man and was in business with him several years ago. I strongly urge everybody to stay well clear of him . There are many honest reputable companies undertaking house removals. As the Past President Of the House Raising Restumping and Removals Assoc I speak with knowledge and authority. If you are forced to deal with him do not pay him one cent until the work is completed and professionally inspected. Ryan is a butcher by trade and thats still how he conducts his business. Treats you like a dead piece of meat.

Suggest a google search on this company before even considering going near them. Also look at story on A Current Affair. Buyer Beware.

He takes your money, doesn’t respond to emails as it’s written word!! Tries to bully, intimidate is rude when talking in the phone.

Has been ripping people off aince at least 2016. Promises the world to you and delivers on nothing. You will rarely see the house youve paid for. Do not go near this man or his wife

Shame on you. Those poor people, how do you sleep at night

House removalist Kerry Ryan – Quality Homes For Removal..

Under NO circumstances enlist this person to move/relocate your home or buy a home from him.



I brought a house privately and enlisted K Ryan to relocate it from Walloon to Glenwood QLD.



He has caused so much stress and time through his lies, lack of communication/response to emails and promises to deliver!



Kerry will say you haven’t completed a task, which has been done and sent to him. As he doesn’t check or relay he has received the email. He uses many excuses to not relocate your home. (I have all documented evidence).



He then unlawfully cancels your contract and withholds your deposit, so you have to fight to have it returned!!!



Then after lowering my home to just off the ground, he tried to intimidate and threaten me to pay him rent for his equipment that has been under his houses since before you brought it.



Many people end up walking away but he’s crossed the wrong person here..



If anyone has had bad dealings with this person please send me an email. Sadly this is not an isolated case and the industry needs to be regulated!!
