HORRIBLE PEOPLE. THE WORK THEY WERE SO PROUD OF BECAUSE I COULDNT DO IT BUT THEY COULD BLEW UP (ALTERNATOR) YES BLEW UP WITH FLAMES AND SMOKE IN THE ENGINE BAY WHILE DRIVING UP CENTRAL COAST ON FAMILY HOLIDAY.



SO NOT ONLY ARE THEY RUDE THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AS WELL.

Simply unimpressive.

Unfriendly service, just ultra cold.



Poor communication - failed to call me when my car was ready, leaving me to rush over to collect my car before they closed, with no apology offered.



Hard to get through on the phones - took multiple calls each time. Nobody present in the workshop when I arrived on the weekend to drop off the car. No sign or note left at the counter and the phones just rang-out. Greeted with a solemn, cold, “yes?” by Dino, who finally showed up about 15mins later.



Despite the above, the price was acceptable and work was completed within 24 hours of my initial call - the only positive aspects of my encounter.



I went to these guys many years ago and had a good experience. They have very positive reviews online, so my experience came as a surprise. It appears to me that the owner has lost his passion and hence treated me like an inconvenience, rather than a customer. I was only polite, patient and friendly the entire time.



Next time I need auto electrics work, I’ll venture further or pay more, if it means finding a business that treats me with professionalism, or at the very least, says hello when greeted.

FYI, this is the first negative review I’ve ever left for a business.

Great service & very competitive rates. Couldn't be happier with the prompt & courteous workmanship. Highly recommend these guys.

Do not take your car to get serviced here they are incompetent and really could not care less.Bad service, bad attitude and a total lack of mechanical ability.It will be a sad day if you go to Dino's they are the worst people i have had to deal with in a long long time
