Andrew Lawson Electrical

The owner of Ultima Air was a friend of mine so I got Ultima Air to install 2 A/C units at my house. (over $13,000) The outside units were placed on the room above my bedroom. After the first decent rain water poured into the ceiling from the 2 penetrations Andrew Lawson Electrical had made in the roof. This damaged the ceiling and it had to be replaced. I had to organise everything, the gyprocker, the electrician, the painter, the dumping of the rotten insulation and damaged ceiling. Wayne did nothing but deflect responsibility to his installer. The installers insurance covered the cost. The installer said he had fixed the water leaks. A couple of months later there was still evidence that the leak had not been fixed, eg water dripping out of light fittings and a cracked ceiling join. I got my builder to cut open the ceiling & the roof insulation to find the leaks - they were at the 2 penetrations in the roof. The leak had not been fixed properly. I called the owner of Ultima Air about this & had photos and video of the leak to show him. Long story short both he and Andrew Lawson Electrical didn't want to know or take any responsibility for this. So I have had to put a new roof in the area where the air con units are and repair the room at my expense. Ultima Air or Andrew Lawson Electrical does not want to contribute to the repair in anyway. If this is how they treat a friend of over 20 years how would they treat a customer?
