National Tiles Mitcham

Karen is amazing - helpful, knowledgeable and very personable - I will be ordering my next lot of tiles direct through Karen.

I rang the office 3 times today and was hung up on and placed on hold then rudely hung up on.

Building service has gone and customer service is all down hill

radio advertise every weekend-closing down sale or clearance sale. yeah right! f..k bulshit. so expensive.

I am absolutely appalled!
My partner is currently building his first house and national tiles has done nothing but make him wait!!!!
We first went in and ordered and paid for the tiles, to not only be told they had discontinued the tile, but they had none left, and this was after he was charged over $300. We were then told to look around for another tile- no help was offered.
We then had to wait in line for a further 30 mins to be told again that the new tile was discontinued. not only did she no give us ANY help, she told us goodbye and forgot to refund the money.

My partner had to call up and order new tiles and he was told that the tiles would be delivered within a week, well a week past and nothing. So to save us time we had to contact the Mitcham store, to get a reference number.
It took them an hour to return our call and we then had to drive to sunshine , from the eastern suburbs ( 1 hour + ).

How lucky are we, we get home and they have given us the wrong tile!!!!

Absolutely disgusted with bad customer service and poor quality in care.
Will not return and would not suggest.
