Worst company ever. Their SC Jo Stefanac signed me up. I had 2 meetings with her. The 1st meeting she stayed 3½ hrs and the 2nd she stayed 6hrs. She did no work, no supports put in place, just socialising and chit chat. After the 4th hr, she wanted to go for coffee at a cafe, then suggested we go to the beach for our next appointment the following week. She cancelled our next appointment saying she was sick, the day before going on 2 weeks holiday to Bali. She billed me for 9½hrs. Went on holidays and terminated our contract the day she returned from holidays after having seen me only twice in 2 weeks. I tried contacting, left messages for their manager Rebecca Forrester to call me back, but she never responded. Do not sign up with this company. They will rip you off, take your funds, then disappear. This case was reported to the NDIS quality safeguards commission.
