Trying to support local business and not Uber, pretty difficult! Made a booking 2 weeks ahead for a 330pm pick up. Had to call and ask where the taxi was. All taxis had rides onboard and I couldn't get a confirmed time for our pick up. 25 minutes late

Pre booked a taxi for 1am post a wedding. It never showed up - when I called them they advised me it had been cancelled. They refused to advise who cancelled it or why. I was left to walk over an hour, along a gravel road, in high heels at 1am. No apology and no concept of duty of care. Super unsafe and so unprofessional.
