1. tried to contact by email within a few hours after the house was released, and still did not receive a reply after half a month
2. tried to make an earlier application for inspection, but I didn't get any reply. Even if there was a new inspection time, also didn't get notified.
3. 6 days after submitting an application through tenant options, no updates to notify me of whether it was passed or not, endless delays, and I can only keep trying to contact that contact email that never seems to reply on the sixth day
4. At the end of the seventh day, at 4:45 pm on Friday, I was notified by email that "and on this occasion, the landlord will no longer be proceeding with your application". But my tenant options did not remind me that my application file was opened and viewed, that is to say, my application file was never opened and viewed until it was rejected.
