Got a job looked at, quoted same day. Excellent manners super helpful with any questions. Amazing customer service and accommodating to our needs. Excellent work and very tidy. Couldn’t be happier

They responded quickly initially to my request for new stormwater install and gave me a quote, but wouldn’t lock in a date, said they will contact the week before my handover. That came and went, sent several emails asking for some clarification as to when they had booked me in for, ignored. Called them multiple times, sent to voicemail, left voicemail asking for a call back, ignored.



Eventually they reached out, and organised a date. Then when that date came they came out to do the job, decided they couldn’t do it and turned around and left. They decided there wasn’t enough access for them to get a machine in and therefore they can’t do it. They didn’t bother letting me know this until I sent them a text that day asking if they’d be coming out as the weather was not great. Completely wasted my time because they couldn’t be bothered to come out and do a site inspection prior to accepting the job. Had they done that they would have actually known what they were in for. Left me needing to get another stormwater company in at short notice and completely stuffed up all my other trades I had booked in (concreter etc) who now have to be delayed while I wait for another company to do the job.



Also completely ghosted me post this when I attempted to find a work around for them to be able to complete the job. Total time wasters, unreliable - take your money elsewhere to someone who actually wants the job.



On the bright side I have now employed a lovely local plumber who has quoted the job appropriately, come to the site to inspect and assured me they will get it done in the next week. Would much rather give him my money.

Just finished building our new home and Spencer Stormwater were excellent. They came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. I can't say I have ever had a trade leave my site cleaner than it was before they started. They were professional, well priced and so helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They promptly offered to quote my request of storm water connection and even offered to pass on quote requests from another local business for other services i need that they didn't offer. Now that is going above and beyond in my books.

Terrible customer service. Told us they would install our stormwater in 2 months as they were busy then totally ghosted us. Total disregard for customers. Hopefully they will go out of business when the house boom stops. Useless
