Lisa on the returns desk needs a very large attitude adjustment. She struggled with a simple hello, it was as if she needed to summon the strength to even pretend to be pleasant. Her attitude towards me in attempting to return a very obviously unused item purchased only a few days prior was really awful. Instead of remaining instore to also purchase something I had come in for I chose to leave. People with chips on their shoulders don’t belong in customer service roles.
