Yong Choon Chinese Restaurant

Not sure what to say about this place, I am quite torn..
The food is well priced and was delicious but while I was serving myself I did find a long hair in the food. I showed one of the wait staff as the were next to me at the time and he kindly took the serving spoon and cleaned it, but um, what about the bowl of food which I pulled the hair from?
Not long after that my poor uncle accidently spilt his soup so, I went up to bar to inform them. The boy behind the counter was busy writing so I waited patiently. When he finally looked up he said "Oh sht, sorry." Which I shrugged off as he obviously didn't see me approach the counter. I then informed him of the spill and apologized on behalf of my uncle. He responded by saying "Well fck, I will go clean it then."
Naturally, I was a bit stunned. Not the best language to have in customer service, but again, I didn't say anything and went back to my table.
Our party had a good night and the service from the other staff was wonderful.
When it came time for dessert we asked the staff to bring out the cake we had brought in for my Omas birthday.
They brought it out to the wrong table!
We had to sit and wait for them to finish singing happy birthday to the lady who they gave the cake to instead and then tell them that it wasn't theirs!!
We joked about it later but obviously both our tables were embarrassed.
Apart from all this, we did enjoy our night and minus that one hair, the food was delicious.
