Lost my package on a day they explicitly admitted they were having system wide scanning problems and then said my package was never picked up to begin with because what? Surprise surprise, it DIDN'T SCAN!



2 months have gone by and they just keep forcing me to believe that the driver was never there to begin with. Pffttt.

Had a parcel sposto be delivered on Wednesday the wedding is on Saturday you RUINED OUR WEDDING YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS ARAMEX. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BEYOND BELOW STANDARD

They left a card saying no one home to sign for delivery.

Outright lie. I was home with the door open. Too lazy to come to the door. Worthless.

Completely incompetent and unethical. Use literally any other courier.

Delivered my Christmas presents to the wrong address, I had to pay australia post to fix their mistake. Christmas presents didn’t arrive on time. Chris Noyes (GM of Aramex GC) is as incompetent as his employees. It is no wonder they have 1-2 star ratings across the board. Avoid these toxic parasites at all costs.

Fastway Couriers delivery drivers are uninsured for accidental loss of parcels during transit, so if your mail accidentally goes to the wrong address and the resident refuses to hand it over you are in a whole world of trouble. The website may claim there is liability cover up to $1500 but this is not paid through insurance, rather out of the wages of the responsible delivery driver. Also, any amount paid out does not go to the recipient rather the sender instead, making it hard to receive compensation for the hassle. Beware!
