We had wet carpet and they brought over some blowers to dry it overnight. They were billing us per night per blower, at quite a high rate I might add (160) and were meant to pick them up the next day. By that time, only one was needed so they could have taken the other and not billed us for it. But that did not happen. Then they didn't even come by to check the next day until I rang up and got someone to come and take them. It's not cheap and it's not professional to just stitch people up like that. Also, we were charged a bunch of fees for cleaning when they didn't really do any actual cleaning. Also, labor for lifting up and placing one section of carpet, which literally took two minutes tops to pull up and put down, was around $70 each time. All in all, it ended up costing two or three times what it could have, had I looked for a similar service from someone else. It was a stitch up and these guys are not a pleasure to deal with, because you'll get stooged.
